Cancellation policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly through this website. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform.

• Cancel 30 days or more before check-in: full refund.

• Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation cost.

• Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

• Early departures and no-shows are not refunded.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. If you need to change your dates, contact us before cancelling and we will do our best to move your booking. If we ever have to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund.

Longer stays (28 nights or more) and company bookings may have their own terms, which will be confirmed in writing when you book.
