To keep every stay comfortable, safe and peaceful, please follow these house rules:

• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No parties or events.
• Keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbours, especially between 10pm and 7am.
• Only guests named on the booking, or approved by us in advance, may stay.
• No illegal, criminal or anti-social behaviour.
• Please take care of the apartment, furniture, appliances, keys and everything provided.
• Guests may be charged for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
• Please keep to the check-in and check-out times unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.

Unauthorised parties or gatherings may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund, where permitted by law.
